Biography:Kala Kuhlmann is a 2014 graduate of University of Nebraska Medical Center where she graduated with the highest distinction, was awarded the Regents Scholarship for academic success, and was inducted into Alpha Eta Honor Society.
Kala played basketball for the Huskers Women's Basketball Team from 2006-2010. During her senior year with the Huskers, Kala was co-captain of the team, which ranked 3rd nationally, became the Big 12 regular season champions, and had a record of 29-0 during the regular season.
Kala grew up in a farming community located in Charter Oak, Iowa (pop. 500). Her parents are farmers and she has a younger sister who is a Spanish teacher. Kala is excited to return and be a part of a rural community. She enjoys playing sports, running, being active, and hanging out with friends/family.
Kala has extensive experience helping patients recover after joint surgeries and replacements, athletic injuries, and musculoskeletal injuries including neck and back pain. She is also very interested in developing and treating athletes in our community.
